We regret to inform you that Trading Places International (TPI) is no longer under contract to provide services for Acqua Grand Resort. As you likely remember, TPI previously provided limited reservation and collection services under contract as directed on behalf of your association. TPI never had and does not have any authority or responsibility with regards to your resort operations, association assets, refund requests, sales agreements etc.
